Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean directly after Sicily. Together with some tiny, neighbouring islands it forms this extended region of Italy. The region has its capital in its largest city, Cagliari, and is divided into eight provinces.
The island Sardinia is a stunning place with its white sandy beaches and the crystal clear water like in the Caribbean.
Kitesurfing will be great fun as Sardinia features good kitsurfing conditions for everyone and a Mediterranean climate almost throughout the whole year.
It also offers so much more because of its interesting history, the wild and mountainous landscape and its lively towns with lots of local traditions and colourful festivals.
